Hi! My name is Rebecca. Artist, herbalist, and an enthusiastic advocate for holistic healing. Think of me as The Intuitive Artologist.
Welcome to my Wellness side, where ALL of me comes to play. This is where a lifetime of passion, searching, and challenging experiences finds a place in the world to help others. My first loves were animals, music, and nature, and you’ll see these incorporated into my art and services. As a searcher and an intellectual my passions and life experience led me to question what was missing from our modern techniques. Was there knowledge that I had not been presented with in my training thus far that could help others, when the current methods weren’t working? If I’m interested in a subject I go all in! After graduate school I dove into learning and advanced training in gardening, nutrition, aromatherapy, herbalism, energy medicine, reiki, spirituality, and forest therapy. I also began identifying with the artist archetype, with a passion for art and singing that had been dormant for some time. I find there is so much comfort and healing to be had from the blending of these modalities.
The energy that I carry is warm, uplifting, energetic, and passionate (sometimes fiery - sacred rage anyone?) My spiritual and energetic studies have led me to understand that I am able to access knowledge through feeling and knowing. You will find me using words like: source, soul, highest self, archetype, oracle, clairsentience, spirit team, animal helpers, inner pendulum, animism, and empath.
Exploring healing from a wellness perspective, instead of a clinical perspective, is particularly freeing. These techniques are best utilized to maintain and enhance health and happiness. However, we all know life can get spicy, and in those times these techniques provide healthy coping strategies and often work to gain additional clarity and insight. In this way, I am holding space for and guiding you to your own insights and higher knowing.

Songs from Spirit with Reiki Healing
Consider me your Shamanic Songtress or Musical Medium!! I have leaned on music my whole life and now want to offer this healing service to others, through Brighter Days Wellness LLC. Songs from Spirit is a completely unique offering (to my knowledge) and utilizes one of my favorite gifts, music!! Vent to me and then I'll create a customized music playlist for you by going inward and listening. We will then select one song and listen to it while I send you reiki through my hands and voice. Available in Person or Virtually.
Intuitive Artology Signature Session
This multi session package combines my love of music, crystals, oracle cards, intuition, art, and energy into one very powerful offering. This offering is ideal for navigating a rite of passage, dark night of the soul event, major life transition, or welcoming in new energy in the new year or in celebration of your birthday. You’ll leave with a musical power playlist to uplift your spirits and/or ignite your intentions; plant, animal and crystal medicine to work with; the energetics of the crystal grid; and a unique art piece that carries the energetics of love, light and YOU.
This package combines the energetic and the tangible, with the combination of my Songs from Spirit and Intuitive Crystal Grid offerings. It is also the only way to receive an Intuitive Custom Artwork designed exclusively for you. Songs from Spirit and the Intuitive Crystal Grid offerings are able to be selected independently, but the fusion of these two is what allows for the custom artwork to come through me, and allows you to have a lifelong keepsake.
Teen Empowerment - Ready to Launch
Preparing to leave the nest is a major transitional time for many teens as they embark on journeys where they are often navigating life on their own. This 8 week package offered through Brighter Days Wellness LLC allows clients to find more ease through my knowledge of herbs, lifestyle, art, music, forest therapy and mindfulness.
This is perfect for your teen if they are interested in learning more about how their body and mind work together as an integrated unit. Skills such as mindfulness, grounding, intuition, physical wellness, embracing neurodivergence, and nature and art based techniques are presented. Lets send them off with confidence and skills to manage the stressors.
A crystal grid will be formed based on your intentions and includes a 3 card oracle pull to bring in a lead crystal energy as well as a plant and animal ally to aid in your growth at this time. The grid may also include actual plants from my yard that carry their own unique energy signature. The image of the grid itself is a healing and energetic transmission. A 45 minute ceremony will be completed together after the grid is prepared, where there will be interpretation provided, reiki energy sent to you while you are viewing the photos and video of the grid, and rituals and reflections to carry on into the future. Total time is 90 minutes, with 45 minutes together. Virtual Only.
Upcoming Events
Here you will find virtual and in person therapeutic art classes for stress reduction, my Steeped in Nature program that I hold once a month for children and their caregivers to be fully immersed in nature and learn earth based wisdom, forest therapy programs, open house nights, Songs from Spirit sneak-peek into live channeling, full moon ceremonies, and more to come.
All classes and events are for adults unless otherwise specified. All in-person events are held in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
